Asynchrony Solutions, Inc is proud to announce their presence and leadership role in the North American Agile Alliance conference, Agile 2010, to be held in Orlando, FL August 9-13.

Mark Balbes, Asynchrony's VP of Architecture, is giving a talk on how he successfully delivers on fixed price contracts and still remains very agile. His session, Estimating and Managing Fixed Priced Contracts for Agile Projects, will take place on Wednesday, August 11th at 11:00 AM. In his session, Mark will talk about how the fixed price aspects of his projects have affected his processes, both at project inception and during execution. Mark manages one of Asynchrony's largest projects using the same techniques he will be speaking about.

Brian Button, Asynchrony's VP of Engineering and Director of Agile Methods, is heavily involved in the planning and execution of the entire conference as one of three Program Chairs. Brian is the Technical Program Chair for the conference and has responsibility for the entire technical program.

Asynchrony encourages all interested parties to read more about the conference and strongly consider attending. The program for this year's conference is one of the best that has ever been contemplated, and it presents an exciting opportunity to discuss issues and questions about Agile with some of the leading experts in the field.
